HEY, I’M JORDAN
I'm an online coach who is extremely passionate about health and fitness, with an equally, if not greater, love for food! My approach to helping others change their lives through sustainable exercise, nutrition and lifestyle habits has been developed by working with hundreds of clients, but also by my successes and ‘failures’ along my journey.
With over 13 years of industry experience (Personal Training and Fitness Management of multiple gyms), I have not only seen great success in my own training, I have, more importantly, made many of the fundamental mistakes along the way.
This is how I'm able to help so many others with their goal - by breaking down the so-called, "do's and don'ts" of health and fitness, being completely open and honest about the process involved in achieving their goals and educating them on what really matters along the way.

While there has to be a level of discipline and sacrifice to achieve particular goals, I am a very passionate believer in balance - that you should be able to do the things you want to do and eat the foods you want to eat to help maintain a positive mindset and attitude while still achieving your goals!
My philosophy to coaching is to teach and educate my clients as much as possible - to not only push them and provide a great support system to produce great results but to help them by developing their knowledge and understanding of how they can sustain their results on their own, all while maintaining a healthier mind and lifestyle.
My approach is built on the understanding that everyone is different, and has different goals and circumstances, and therefore require a unique approach in how they learn and work towards their goals, to achieve their sustainable physical, mental, health, lifestyle or performance results. I truly believe that investing in your health and fitness is the best investment you can make - with the biggest return!! It puts you in a position to be able to do the things you want and help the people you want to help; your children, your family, your business, your employees, and your colleagues.
When this takes a back seat and is neglected, you may get to a point where you can no longer help anyone... "You can't pour from an empty cup", so make sure yours in full.
